Tonight, on The Stevetendo Show, we’re jumping back into the vastness of space for Super Mario Galaxy 2. I hope everyone had a nice Halloween and didn’t get scared too much. During the last Super Mario Galaxy 2 playthrough, we boarded the spaceship that looked like a giant Mario head, primed for adventure. We also grabbed all the stars we could in the first world and secured the first Grand Star. We get Grand Stars by defeating bosses at the end of each world. In turn, we use Grand Stars to unlock the path to the next world and story progression. Gobblegut, the first boss, was a little bit of pain, but we managed to get through and destroy him. Only time will tell if this playthrough will be a one-hundred percent run or not. Set to go live at 6 p. m. PDT/9 p. m. EDT, join The Stevetendo Show for more of our Super Mario Galaxy 2 playthrough. Shackers who want to join in on the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune into The Stevetendo Show every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. If you can’t make tonight’s show, you can watch Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 5 p. m. PDT/8 p. m. EDT. We finally finished Donkey Kong Bananza last week, so there will be a brand new playthrough starting up on the show. Pokemon Legends Z-A will hold down the fort on Wednesday nights. The action is heating up and you won’t want to miss it. Be sure to check out the Shacknews Twitch channel and the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel. Catch up on some of your favorite Shacknews programs with a subscription to the YouTube channel and a follow to the Twitch channel. If you aren’t aware, Shacknews has a new service for you called Shackmaps. The lovely Shacknews staff has gone through some of your favorite video games to keep you from getting lost. I hope everyone had a nice Halloween last week and didn’t cause too much mischief. Swing by The Stevetendo Show this evening, and I’ll share what my favorite candy is. I can’t believe this didn’t come up before Halloween, but here we are. Also, it was the first anniversary of the Nintendo Music app on October 31. As you know, I love video game music and have been getting a lot out of this app. I’ll share some of my favorite video game music as well. Keep coming up with new games that you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show. If it’s on The Nintendo Switch 2 or Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could see a starring role in an upcoming Stevetendo episode. You never know when Nintendo is going to add something to the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, so stay tuned.
