Taiwan Semiconductor (TSM) has been one of the standout tech companies benefiting from the recent AI boom. This positive momentum was evident in the company’s Q3 2025 earnings report, released today, which revealed that TSM exceeded market expectations for the quarter.
For Q3 2025, Taiwan Semiconductor reported revenue of 989.92 billion New Taiwan dollars, surpassing the anticipated NT$977.46 billion. When converted to U.S. dollars, this quarterly revenue amounts to approximately $33.10 billion.
On the earnings call, TSMC CEO C. C. Wei highlighted the ongoing positive impact of AI developments on the company’s business. “Recent developments in the AI market continue to be very positive,” he noted, explaining that the increasing adoption of AI models by consumers has driven higher demand for compute power and, consequently, semiconductor products.
Wei added, “Thus, our conviction in the AI megatrend is strengthening,” signaling the company’s confidence in AI as a key driver for its future growth.
