ANTIPOLO—June Mar Fajardo sustained a cut near his right eye during the second quarter of San Miguel Beer’s 109-103 loss to Phoenix in the PBA Philippine Cup on Sunday here.
Fajardo had to be treated inside the Beermen locker room after an inadvertent elbow from Phoenix center Yousef Taha with less than two minutes remaining in the quarter.
