BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The NFTA’s Metro Rail system will resume underground services starting Monday morning at 5:30 a.m., the NFTA announced.
Service had been suspended since Saturday afternoon due to an “underground mechanical issue,” according to the NFTA. During the outage, bus shuttles were running every 20 minutes to help fill the gap in service and accommodate passengers.
