The announcement stirred a big conversation, as the giants announced their reunion after cults like 3 Idiots and P. K. But, in a shocking turn of events, Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani have decided to put the Dadasaheb Phalke Biopic on hold. Reliable sources confirmed to Bollywood Hungama, “Aamir Khan and Rajkumar Hirani stand for perfection, and they were not happy with the script of Dadasaheb Phalke Biopic. Aamir felt that the script is too dry for the audience in today’s world, and doesn’t have the humour that one expects from their collaboration. After repeated sessions of rewrite, the duo have collectively decided to put the project on hold. They believe that a personality as iconic as Dadasaheb Phalke deserves a script that is both emotionally stirring and universally engaging. Until they arrive at that benchmark, they are in no hurry to rush the film into production.” Aamir is meanwhile reading multiple other scripts, trying to lock his next project. “Rajkumar Hirani too has started the process of identifying his next subject, and will get into the process of writing soon. After ruling the box office in 2024 with Stree 2, Shraddha Kapoor is now stepping into an all-new cinematic world that of Disney’s Zootopia 2. The actress has lent her voice to the Hindi version of the much-awaited animated sequel, bringing to life the beloved character of Judy Hopps, the fearless rabbit police officer known for her wit and determination. The development was confirmed today, ahead of a special announcement event to be held in Mumbai on Saturday, November 8. The media invitation, sent by Star Studio18, had already sparked curiosity about the reason behind the event, which will now officially introduce Shraddha as the Hindi voice of Judy Hopps. Thamma belongs to the same universe as Stree 2 and hence, she graced the occasion and impressed fans and her critics in her trademark style. And now, she’s all set to appear in front of the media once again on Saturday, November 8. The mediapersons got an invite earlier today saying that she’ll be present to make a special announcement. The only additional information was that the event is held by Star Studio18. It made the media curious, wondering what could be the announcement. Her next film, Eetha, went on floors recently. It is backed by Dinesh Vijan’s Maddock Films and directed by Laxman Utekar of Chhaava (2025) fame. It was assumed that probably Star Studio18 may have come on board for Eetha.
