The Eagles will be without their right tackle for the remainder of Sunday’s game against the Lions. Lane Johnson has been downgraded to out due to a foot injury he sustained during the first half.
Johnson initially went into the medical tent midway through the first quarter before returning to the locker room for further evaluation. In his absence, Fred Johnson has stepped in to play at right tackle.
As of early in the third quarter, the Eagles hold a 13-6 lead over the Lions.
