A will left by Kosuke Nozaki, the wealthy businessman known as the “Don Juan of Kishu,” declaring that his entire estate of about 1.3 billion yen be donated to Tanabe City has once again been recognized as valid.
The Osaka High Court upheld an earlier ruling, rejecting claims by Nozaki’s relatives that the document was forged.
This decision confirms the legitimacy of the will and the donation to Tanabe City, marking the end of legal disputes over the estate.
