Where to Use the Buried City Hospital Key in ARC Raiders
You use the Buried City Hospital Key in one of the most dangerous zones in ARC Raiders, but if you’re lucky, the rewards can be well worth the risk. Once you know where to use the key, you can get in and out quickly—avoiding unwanted encounters with ARC or hostile raiders.
As its name suggests, the Buried City Hospital Key is used at the Hospital point of interest, specifically in the northwestern section of the third floor. The easiest way to reach this area is by using the zipline located in the central elevator shaft to get to floor three.
Once you arrive in the central lobby, look northwest and take the doorway to the left of the shaft. Follow the hallway as it curves around to the right, then take a left either through the rooms or at the end of the hallway. I recommend going through the halls, as there are red lockers along the way that you can loot.
The door where you use the Buried City Hospital Key is in a small room between these lockers and a medical bedroom—you’ll recognize it by the red button next to it.
What You Get After Using the Buried City Hospital Key
Using the key destroys it but unlocks the door. Inside, you’ll find several loot containers, including:
- A medical bag
- Loose medical supplies
- A grenade case
- At least half a dozen drawers containing a mix of residential and medical loot
- At least one fridge
During my run, I pulled about 30,000 Coins worth of valuables, materials, and other supplies from this room. Some notable items included Empty Wine Bottles, Cat Beds, and Very Comfortable Pillows. I also discovered a level two Renegade rifle and a blueprint as rewards for my trouble.
Tips for Using the Buried City Hospital Key
If you have the Buried City Hospital Key, it’s generally a good idea to use it—just be mindful of the risks involved. The Hospital is a notorious hotspot for PvP combat, especially if you’re moving with a squad. Win your fights (or avoid them if you can), and you could easily earn 60,000 Coins or more in potential profit.
Additionally, consider bringing a Raider Hatch Key with you. The Collapsed Supermarket Hatch, which serves as a quick extraction point, is located just about 50 meters northeast of the Hospital, making your getaway much easier.
