President Trump on Saturday expressed his hope that political prisoners released in Venezuela “remember how lucky they got.”
This statement came in the wake of U.S. strikes that ousted President Nicolás Maduro, leading to Maduro being brought to the United States to face charges.
“Venezuela has started the process, in a BIG WAY, of releasing their political prisoners,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, highlighting the recent developments.
