The agent who shot a woman in Minneapolis on Wednesday had previously experienced a dangerous incident last year.
During that earlier event, he was pulled approximately 100 yards by a car while firing a stun gun at the driver. As a result of the incident, he sustained a cut on his arm that required 20 stitches.
