The legendary rock trio, ZZ Top, will bring their long-running rock sound to Batesville next spring with a concert set for April 4 at the Batesville Civic Center. The show will feature special guest Drivin N Cryin, who will open the evening.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on December 12 and can be purchased through batesvilleciviccenter.com, ardenland.net, and zztop.com.
Formed in Houston in 1969, ZZ Top has spent more than 50 years performing and recording. The group is known for its distinctive blues-rock style and has built a reputation as one of rock’s most enduring touring acts. Some of their most famous songs include “Legs,” “Gimme All Your Lovin’,” and “Sharp Dressed Man.” The band was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2004.
Special guest Drivin N Cryin, formed in 1985, continues to perform across the country. They are known for hits like “Fly Me Courageous,” “Honeysuckle Blue,” and “Straight to Hell.”
The Batesville Civic Center, located at 290 Civic Center Drive in Batesville, hosts concerts, community events, rodeos, conferences, and other activities throughout the year.
