In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Helander spoke about potentially expanding the film series in the future. Although Helander thinks that Sisu 2 ties up the story neatly, he is not completely turning away the possibility of a third movie. “I have some ideas. I also think that [Sisu: Road to Revenge] is a pretty beautiful ending to the story, but let’s see what happens,” the Finnish director stated.
