Disgraced rap mogul Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs appears to be adapting well following his transfer to FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey. After his conviction for prostitution offenses and sentencing to 50 months in prison, Diddy spent over a year at the infamous Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) before being moved to the so-called ‘Club Fed’ prison at Fort Dix.
For the first time since his transfer, Diddy has been photographed in the prison yard, blending in “just one of the boys.” The images show him laughing and chatting with other inmates, giving the impression that he is doing well behind bars.
TMZ reported:
“We’ve obtained pics of the star hanging out with a few dudes in the prison yard Saturday and, ya gotta check ’em out ’cause Diddy’s got the biggest smile on his face. Diddy is bundled up in a thick dark blue coat, gray pants, and gray beanie, shootin’ the you-know-what with the other guys. At one point, Diddy seems to be shaking hands with someone, perhaps making a new friend. Regardless, all these guys seem interested just to chat with the guy—no tension in the air whatsoever.”
Page Six added:
“Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was spotted walking outside at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey in the first photos published since he was arrested last September.” The images also show that Diddy sports a full gray beard after more than a year behind bars.
Diddy was transferred to FCI Fort Dix following his conviction on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Last month, the 55-year-old was sentenced to serve four years and two months behind bars. In addition to his prison time, he was ordered to pay a $500,000 fine and participate in programs addressing his mental health and substance abuse issues.
As Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs continues his sentence, these recent photos offer a glimpse into his life inside the prison walls, showing him seemingly embracing his new environment.
