As with almost every other key in ARC Raiders, the Buried City Hospital Key does not have a fixed spawn location. Instead, it can be found inside containers in Residential areas, and its appearance is completely random.
Interestingly, you don’t have to search for this key exclusively within the Buried City map. You can also find it while exploring other maps, such as the Dam Battlegrounds!

### How to Use the Buried City Hospital Key
Once you have the key, head to the **Hospital** located in the northern part of the Buried City map. To access the special locked room, you’ll need to reach the 3rd floor. You can get there by either taking the stairs or using a zipline.
Be warned: there will be several ARCs, including Turrets and Fireballs, guarding the 3rd floor, so proceed carefully.
When you arrive on the 3rd floor, make your way to the **northwestern corner** of the hospital. Here, you will find a locked steel gate. Use the Buried City Hospital Key on the panel next to the gate to open it.
Once inside, you can loot the containers for some valuable gear and items.

– The key will be **consumed upon use**, so if you want to loot the hospital again, you will need to find another key.
