UAAP Schedule: Season 88 Basketball Tournament
MANILA, Philippines — National University clamped down on Collins Akowe to outlast University of Santo Tomas, 76-69, at the UST Quadricentennial Pavilion on Wednesday, remaining unbeaten in the UAAP Season 88 men’s basketball tournament.
The Bulldogs effectively limited Akowe, their former high school standout from NU Nazareth School, to a controlled performance, which was key to their victory.
