HOLLY SPRINGS, N.C. (WTVD) – A teenager tragically died in a multi-vehicle collision early Saturday morning in Holly Springs, according to a town spokesperson.
The crash occurred around 1:40 a.m. on Avent Ferry Road near Holly Meadow Drive. The collision involved a 2008 Honda Civic, a 2021 Honda Passport, and a teenager riding a bicycle.
The teenager’s identity has not been disclosed. The teen was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesperson confirmed.
The driver of the Honda Civic and a passenger in the Honda Passport sustained non-life-threatening injuries. Both were transported to a local hospital for treatment.
