The third generation of the illustrious Khanna family is all set to make a grand entry into the movie industry. Naomika Saran, the granddaughter of yesteryears’ superstar Rajesh Khanna and actress Dimple Kapadia, is gearing up for her screen debut in a film produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films.
Naomika will be launched opposite talented actor Vedang Raina. She is the daughter of Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia’s younger daughter, Rinke Khanna, who herself was once an aspiring actress under the banner of Filmistan. Rinke appeared in films like *Pyar Mein Kabhi Kabhi* and *Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hai*.
However, when director Ram Gopal Varma replaced Rinke with Manisha Koirala in his film *Company*, she decided to quit the film industry. Subsequently, Rinke got married and moved to the West. Now, her daughter Naomika is all set to rekindle the Khanna magic on screen.
Naomika’s co-star in her debut film, Vedang Raina, is known for his work alongside Alia Bhatt in *Jigra* and is currently shooting a film with renowned director Imtiaz Ali in Punjab.
