NVIDIA (NVDA) CEO Jensen Huang announces Blackwell AI GPUs are now being manufactured in Arizona

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang announced during today’s GTC Keynote presentation that the company is manufacturing its Blackwell AI GPUs in the United States. The highlight of the presentation included a sleek video showcasing the revamped supply chain, emphasizing NVIDIA’s commitment to domestic production.

NVIDIA has been at the center of the ongoing trade tensions initiated during the Trump administration. Given the president’s push for technology firms to bring manufacturing back to America, today’s announcement aligns with broader industry trends and government policies.

Interestingly, Jensen Huang recently addressed these trade challenges, noting that NVIDIA previously held a 95% market share in China before tariff escalations began in April 2025. Despite the significant financial impact caused by ceasing all AI GPU business in China, Huang remains optimistic about the future.

He closed the announcement video with a strong statement: “The age of AI has begun, made in America, made for the world.” This message underscores NVIDIA’s vision of leading the AI revolution with American-made technology designed to serve a global market.
