MANILA, Philippines — Manila Water Company Inc. has successfully completed its acquisition of WawaJVCo Inc., a unit of the Razon Group responsible for the water supply dam in Rizal province.
The company disclosed to the local bourse on Wednesday that all closing conditions for the deal were met earlier this week, finalizing the transaction valued at P37.8 billion.
This acquisition marks a significant step for Manila Water as it strengthens its position in the water supply sector in the region.
