To unlock a safe in *Battlefield 6: REDSEC*, you or someone on your team needs to be an Engineer. Once you have an Engineer on your squad, use the Repair Tool on the safe’s lock for about five seconds. Fulfill both of these requirements, and the safe should pop open.
Inside, you’ll find a weapon or two, a grenade, and maybe some Superior Intel. While the loot isn’t nearly as full as what you’d get from a Weapons Cache mission gun locker, you don’t need to work nearly as hard to get at the goodies inside a REDSEC safe.

The volume of loot from Weapons Cache is much higher, and while the weapons are usually of green rarity, upgrade kits are plentiful. The real prizes here are Strike Packages, RPGs, and other hard-to-come-by ordnance.
