**Christmas Decorating with Ribbons: Simple and Festive Ideas**
Let’s talk about Christmas decorating with ribbons! One of the simplest and most charming ways to decorate your home for the holiday season is to tie ribbon around just about anything. It reminds me of the old *Portlandia* series phrase, “put a bird on it” (anyone else remember that episode?) — but today, let’s just substitute “ribbon.”
I thought I’d share some of my Christmas decorating ideas from previous years that I’ve used in our home featuring ribbon. This year, I decorated our stairway garland using a beautiful blue and white striped ribbon paired with traditional greenery and red accents. Here are some of the elements I used:
