Tonight on The Stevetendo Show, we’re jumping back into our Donkey Kong Bananza playthrough. It has been a wild ride helping DK and Pauline make their way to the planet core thus far.
During the last Donkey Kong Bananza session, we explored the Resort Layer for some fun in the sun. After smashing open a giant watermelon, we dove down into the Tempest Layer to meet the meteorologist elephants as well as the elephant elder.
This evening, we’ll get our hands on the elephant bonanza and uncover more hidden bananas and fossils. The elephant bonanza has some cool abilities, like being able to suck up material and use it to attack or throw rocks.
Set to go live at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT, join The Stevetendo Show for more of our Donkey Kong Bananza playthrough. Shackers who want to join the fun can head over to the Shacknews Twitch channel, where you can tune in every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
If you can’t make tonight’s show, no worries! You can catch the replay on Wednesday nights at 5 p.m. PDT / 8 p.m. EDT. We recently beat Kirby and the Forgotten Land + Star-Crossed World, so there will be a brand-new playthrough starting Wednesday night.
The action is heating up, and you won’t want to miss it. Be sure to check out the Shacknews Twitch channel as well as the Shacknews VODs YouTube channel. Catch up on some of your favorite Shacknews programs by subscribing to the YouTube channel and following the Twitch channel.
If you aren’t aware, Shacknews has a new service called Shackmaps. The amazing Shacknews staff has gone through some of your favorite video games to help you avoid getting lost.
It’s a sports night in The Stevetendo Show house, so we’ll be checking the score of the Mets game during the show. It’s the last week of the baseball season, and the Mets are fighting for the final playoff spot in the National League.
Now that we’ve finished the Star-Crossed World DLC, pitch me some ideas for games to take Kirby’s place in the schedule. Could it be time for the yearly Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past playthrough? Keep sharing the new games you’d love to see on The Stevetendo Show.
If it’s on the Nintendo Switch 2 or the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, it could have a starring role in an upcoming episode. You never know when Nintendo will add something new to the Nintendo Switch 2 Online service, so stay tuned!
