### Key Proposals Approved by MiC
**1. Smart Fuel Management for Municipal Vehicles**
To prevent losses due to petrol and diesel leakage, the council approved the purchase of a 2,000-litre capacity smart fuel dispenser tank. This digital system will record the fuel consumption of each vehicle, enabling real-time monitoring. Additionally, approval was granted for setting up a 30,000-litre portable service station and a 6,000-litre automobile dispenser system through a tendering process.
**2. Support to Depalpur for Cleanliness Drive**
Recognized nationwide as a model of cleanliness, Indore will extend its expertise to the nearby Depalpur Municipality. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) will soon be signed between the Indore Municipal Corporation and Depalpur Council to collaborate on sanitation initiatives, with the goal of making Depalpur clean and beautiful.
**3. Strengthening Fire Safety**
Focusing on urban safety for the future, the council approved the procurement of a 70-metre hydraulic platform fire tender. This specialized equipment, to be assembled in Finland, will enhance the city’s firefighting capabilities, especially for high-rise buildings.
**4. Auction of Obsolete Assets**
The council sanctioned the appointment of a surveyor to identify and auction unused materials and old vehicles owned by the corporation.
**5. Lake Development Projects**
Under the AMRUT 2.0 scheme, major restoration and development works were approved for two key lakes in the city: Rs 10.78 crore for Bilawali Lake and Rs 3.24 crore for Chhota Sirpur Lake.
