**Indore Traffic Police Catch Driver Operating Car Without Registration Number**

Indore (Madhya Pradesh): In a recent traffic enforcement operation, the Indore traffic police apprehended a man driving a car without a registration number plate. The vehicle had reportedly been used for years without a number plate.

According to traffic officials, officers spotted a speeding car near IT Park, close to Tejaji Nagar Square, on Sunday. Despite signals from the police to stop, the driver attempted to evade them. Subedar Amit Kumar Yadav and constable Ashish pursued the vehicle for about two kilometres before intercepting it near the Ralamandal merging point.

Upon questioning, the driver explained that he had been compelled by the car’s owner to operate the vehicle for the past two years without a number plate. The vehicle, a private taxi carrying a family from Uttar Pradesh, was en route to Maheshwar.

Demonstrating quick and efficient service, Subedar Yadav arranged another taxi within 15 minutes to ensure the passengers continued their journey safely to Maheshwar. The family expressed their gratitude toward the traffic police for their timely assistance.

The vehicle was seized, and the owner was booked under relevant traffic violation sections. A fine of Rs 6,000 was imposed on the vehicle owner for operating the car without proper registration.

**Truck Collision at Rau Bypass Circle Due to Brake Failure**

In a separate incident at Rau Bypass Circle, a truck experienced brake failure and collided with a container parked at Kelod Phata. The impact caused significant damage to the truck, trapping the driver inside.

Subedar Yadav and his team promptly rescued the injured driver from the wreckage and contacted emergency services by dialing 112.

Eyewitnesses reported that the container driver had parked the vehicle on the wrong side and stopped for breakfast. Although the container sustained considerable damage, the driver fled the scene immediately after the accident.

Police recovered the damaged number plate of the truck, which had fallen off during the collision.

The Indore traffic police continue to enforce road safety rules strictly to prevent such incidents and ensure the safety of all commuters.
